How can we help you specifically?
Consultation
We don’t believe that there is one perfect solution. That’s why we have created a platform and consultancy that tackles well-being challenges from multiple perspectives.
We offer consultancy at every level – for individuals, teams, and entire organisations. Each group and unit faces unique challenges and brings particular strengths. That’s why we develop tailor-made approaches. We work closely with employees, teams, and larger organisational units to ensure our solutions fit real needs.
Our services are pragmatic. They include coaching sessions, team-building activities, exercises in community dynamics, learning materials and methodologies. Because every person and group is different, our methods are adaptable too.
We differentiate our solutions through physical processes, remote support and digital tools. Because our toolbox is not based on a “one-size-fits-all” model, we design processes that fit the unique needs of each organisation and ecosystem. It includes approaches to individuals, managers, HR professionals and the organisation as a whole.
We offer targeted coaching, large-scale process development, research and challenge assessment. These services can be combined with our Pulse Platform or as an independent consultancy.
Personal reflection is central to our process. Through our resource arena, individuals can freely learn, explore knowledge, challenge ideas and engage in building a healthier, more sustainable future.
Pulse Platform
At ImBalance, we don’t believe that everything has to be linear or fit into a generic mould. We know that dynamic patterns of behaviour are both more effective and more meaningful.
We embrace difference and diversity, reflect on successes and celebrate mistakes — because diversity and sustainability don’t just apply to nature!
We also don’t believe that only leaders and HR can handle challenges and reap the rewards of thriving development — every individual should feel the value of their own efforts.
With Pulse Platform, we create value at all levels of the workforce ecosystem — we support a conscious process for the individual and for the community.
How do we do it?
First, we shift the focus from the organisation to the individual.
From there, we create safe spaces — both on our platform and in physical environments — by ensuring anonymity and clear rights for all users.
Managers and HR professionals are also considered individuals, and they are an important part of the ecosystem.
Each individual has the right to determine how their personal data is used.
We believe that change starts from within — and that only individual awareness can create collective change.
How it works
We work with well-being by making room for both highlights and challenges in the employees’ journey — as a personal process. With simple habits and routines, the individual can take control of their own development.
Our platform creates awareness and reflection.
Our questionnaires, services and insights are tailored to inspire —from small wonders to deeper journeys of change. Each response is put into context and selected to create reflection. The individual can follow their development over time, seek personal support and find a sparring partner in our consultants who support the change process.
The Pulse Platform is not created to eliminate stress, but to create understanding for the needs of the individual person — to create balance in the imbalance, and just as much imbalance in the current balance.
Every reaction comes from an action — and we want to promote conscious actions, for the individual and for the community.
“We don’t fight stress – we promote well-being.”

Together we can develop ideas for concrete action. Let's talk about how we can coach and support the implementation of the process towards well-being.
"Well-being is a collective effort that starts with you."
Our approach is different from others. We don’t just measure well-being as a management tool – we actively work to help each employee take control of their own well-being.
