Our Purpose

The core of the problem

Dissatisfaction at work is not just an individual problem, but also a business-critical challenge for the organisation. Dissatisfaction leads to low motivation, increased absenteeism and employee turnover, which weakens efficiency and undermines the culture. Ultimately, it affects both the company’s bottom line and reputation. But behind these figures are also the individual people. These are not only affected by performance, but also by quality of life and health, and this can have long-term consequences. Dissatisfaction is therefore a cost we cannot afford – neither as individuals, organisations nor society.

However, this can be avoided by integrating well-being into business strategies. Organisations that invest in mental health create a culture where employees thrive and perform at their best. This makes the organisation more resilient, attractive and sustainable in the long term. Individual well-being in a workplace increases productivity, lowers sick leave and increases motivation and engagement. When employees feel supported and valued, they are more loyal and better equipped to handle different challenges, which promotes a robust, innovative and positive work culture.

Well-being is a strategic necessity and not least a human responsibility.

ImBalance is a company of people working with people. We have a clear mission: to strengthen individual well-being in the workplace.

We are a consulting company dedicated to improving individual well-being in the workplace. Our approach is holistic and combines digital tools, consulting and development processes in close collaboration with the organisation’s needs. We provide both insight and strategic implementation, so that well-being becomes a concrete and manageable focus area.

With our Pulse Platform, employees gain confidential insight into personal well-being. Management is also equipped with anonymised data that provides insight across the entire organisation, and makes it possible to take targeted action. Here, we offer tailored consulting services that address the organisation’s unique needs.

Through our tools and consulting efforts, we equip leaders and teams with the necessary knowledge and the right tools to promote well-being and build a stronger and more engaged work culture. We are committed to being a reliable partner in the work of preventing unhappiness and translating data into action. That is our vision.

Well-being is a shared responsibility, but it starts with the individual. That’s why we help employees gain insight into their own well-being and offer concrete suggestions for improvement. With ImBalance, well-being becomes not just a goal, but an ongoing process that can be integrated into everyday life.

We work to increase well-being in the workplace and among individuals, and at ImBalance we offer a data-driven web application, Pulse Platform. Here, areas that indicate unhappiness are identified, and specific focus points are subsequently offered to address unhappiness and thereby increase well-being. The goal here is to cultivate a positive employee culture overall, where it is clear that there is a focus on well-being throughout the organisation.

Pulse Platform is a tool that collects data about each employee through questionnaire surveys. This directly engages the individual’s perspective, and the organisation can quickly form an overview of general well-being. This is addressed at three levels: individually, in teams and at an organisational level as a whole.

With Pulse Platform, each employee is activated in the process of improving their own well-being, which is crucial for development to occur. Any change starts with the individual.

A key element in the tool is the ability to put the collected data into a contextual framework. Both in connection with identifying various challenges, but also when action needs to be taken afterwards, and data can be put into a framework across teams and the entire organisation. The platform offers users the flexibility to choose a customised solution in conjunction with guaranteed data anonymity and security.

We can help bring your ideas to life. Let's talk about how we can coach and help improve together.

Our Core Values

At ImBalance, compassion is a core value because we believe it is a crucial building block in any trusting relationship. We understand compassion as the ability to put yourself in the shoes of others and gain genuine understanding of them. This insight creates presence and recognition, which makes it possible for people to feel heard, valued and supported.

That is precisely why compassion is a fundamental value in our work to develop solutions that strengthen well-being and prevent the increasing burden of stress and dissatisfaction. We are convinced that we achieve the most when we lift together. By actively listening and responding to people’s needs and challenges, we create a foundation for trust and engagement. This paves the way for increased involvement, productivity and innovation – factors that ultimately contribute to higher job satisfaction and better results.

Through our dedication to compassion, we offer tools and solutions that promote both health and quality of life. At ImBalance, our goal is to integrate compassion into all decision-making processes – we know that sustainable change is created when people and organisations meet with understanding, respect and the will to make a difference.

Responibility is a core value at ImBalance, because we are committed to taking responsibility for our decisions, actions and results. Accountability is central to building and maintaining trust – both internally and in the relationship with our customers and partners. When we work with health and well-being, we handle sensitive information. That is why we have a clear privacy policy and operate within the framework of GDPR to ensure that data is handled with the highest degree of integrity and security.

As a data-driven organisation, we depend on accurate information. Our data models, analyses and recommendations are based on users being able to confidently share honest information about their well-being. Therefore, accountability on our part is a prerequisite for us to be able to deliver meaningful insights and create value based on the data we collect.

We stand by what we promise and take responsibility for the process. Decisions are made on a competent and responsible basis, and everyone at ImBalance takes ownership of their work. In this way, we create a culture characterised by efficiency, reliability and progress

At ImBalance, sustainability is a core value as well as a human and organisational principle. It is about conscious choices with an eye to the long-term consequences for well-being, relationships and the way we lead and collaborate.

We consider sustainability to be a fundamental prerequisite for both personal and organisational development. What we invest our time and energy in must be meaningful and developmental – not debilitating. Therefore, the line between healthy development and inappropriate stress is a fine one, and that is why we work purposefully to promote solutions that support mental health and long-term, sustainable well-being.

Our ambition is to offer a tool that creates real insight and makes it possible to take concrete steps towards improved well-being, both individually and collectively.

For ImBalance, integrity is a core value we are committed to, as we always act with high ethical standards, transparency and honesty. For us, integrity is about creating open and trusting communication with all stakeholders (customers, partners, and users). For us, feedback is an important source of learning and improvement. We actively invite both companies and individuals to contribute insight so that our solutions remain relevant and value-creating.

Our company is built on trust, and therefore honesty and openness are an important part of how we advise and act. The guidance we offer is based on a clear foundation of values, and with our commitment to integrity we ensure that we work fairly and responsibly – both in the development of our solutions and in our daily practice.

We take people’s well-being seriously. Our insights and recommendations are based on real data from real challenges, and these are always handled with confidentiality and respect. This data is used for one purpose only: to promote the well-being of the individual.
